All phone and quote estimates are based on the property being in average condition & please be advised that permanent marks/stains on the carpet are not guaranteed. We understand that every property is unique. If certain items listed above are not relevant to your property, rest assured, there will be no charge for those services. Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue regarding our services, we must receive written notice from the property manager or home owner stating the defects within 7 days of work completion (the defects must fall within the scope of agreed work).we have 3 days to return to the property (in most cases we can be there the following day) and rectify the issues. Cleaners are not responsible for lifting or moving heavy objects such as dishwashers, refrigerators, or washing machines during cleaning sessions. Clients must arrange for qualified professionals to assist with such tasks to ensure safety and prevent accidents Extra cleaning task can be added upon the client request ( additional charges applies) External windows ( reachable only) Full Wall wash (with scrubbing down whole walls if the walls are very dirty and moldy) Blind detail cleaning ( extra charges ) Furnished property Extra kitchen appliances which are not included in above checklist.

1: Removal of stickers or removable hooks – We do not remove stickers or removable hooks from walls as there is a chance that we could damage your wall or paint work – If you specifically request us to remove these we will not accept any liability resulting from such damage.
2: Removal or shifting of furniture – Our Brisbane bond cleaners are not trained in how to correctly lift furniture; therefore in the interests of safety and protection of your property we do not encourage our cleaners to lift or move furniture.
3: Ceiling cleaning – Unless you specifically request us to clean your ceiling/s we do not clean ceilings as part of a bond clean. Should you require your ceiling cleaned or specific area/s of your ceiling cleaned additional charges may apply dependent on the time needed to complete this task.
4: Tile & Grout Cleaning – Although our cleaners will manually scrub tiled areas as part of a bond clean we do not specialize in tile and grout cleaning, thus a professional tile and grout clean may be warranted dependent on the condition of your tiles and or grout which is a service separate to that of our bond clean.
